How to Use the AW Charger

1. Setup a new account at central.electrumcharging.com.
2. Click this link to register your RFID fob or contact Support:
   email - support@electrumcharging.com
   call - 1-866-898-3873
3. Add the authorized RFID to your account.
4. Add a credit card that will be used to fund your wallet.
5. Add funds to your wallet.
   
6. Hold your RFID fob up to your charger until you hear a 'beep.'
7. Plug in your car.

Try these troubleshooting steps:

• Did you receive confirmation that your RFID was paired to your charger?
  • This can take up to 2 business days.

• Does your wallet have funds in it?
  • A minimum of $1 is required to initiate a charging session.

• Is there a green light on your charger?
  • If not, please submit a support request.
